Finally, after much fussing around with the recipe, the Giant Cupcake is the latest addition to the menu :) 

Plus, I've got a new (and bigger!) oven! Very pleased with it but also sad because my previous one had served me extremely well for the past 6 years. But anyway, instead of the traditional round/square cakes, the giant cupcake is basically a very fun cake and a nice alternative! The one above was made for my aunt's birthday and I did buttercream rose swirls as well as some daisies in between. It actually is a lot bigger than it looks and s able to feed about 10-15 people generously or more depending on the size of your slices.

You can choose between a vanilla cake or chocolate cake for this latest addition!
